What should I do when the EPM hangs up, while resizing/moving the partition?

For such kind of issue, we suggest you continue to wait patiently for some time. It may take a long time to resize/move your partition if the partition has bad sectors/track, large data size, low memory, etc. So you'd better defrag and check your drives, and make sure the memory (recommended memory: more than 1G) is enough before the partition resizing/moving.
